Shipping Costs

US Shipping Terms:
We will make every attempt to ship all items within 2 business days of cleared payment.  Standard shipping & handling rates are set for each item and vary by product type.

Combined Shipping Offer:
YES - We offer a combined shipping discount to our customers.  You will automatically receive a shipping discount of 50% on each additional item that is paid for and shipped together.  PLEASE NOTE:  To take advantage of our Combined Shipping offer you must use our Checkout Payment System ONLY after all purchases are complete.

International Shipping:
We offer Worldwide Shipping on all of our items via USPS Priority Mail® International.  Please inquire about shipping rates before checkout.  All international packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition.

Shipping Times and General Information

Before we can ship, we process your order to verify availability of your product(s), shipping selections and credit card information. We will process your order within 1-2 business days and contact you if necessary.  Should you choose to pay by Cashier’s Check/Money Order or Personal Check, payment is expected within 5 days and your order will ship once your payment has been received and cleared.

All shipping time estimates are in business days. Premium Ground Shipping is estimated to be 2-6 business days - but can take an extra day to remote areas.

If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order.  If a significant delay is anticipated, we will not proceed with order delayed fulfillment without your approval.

If you order more than one pair of shoes and we do not have all items available in stock, we will send them separately.

How will you contact me regarding my order?

Immediately after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated acknowledgement.

You will receive confirmation of shipment within 2-3 business days, or be notified of any delay at that time. Your notification will include the method of shipment and tracking number.  Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from manufacturers. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.

Shipping Areas and Restrictions

Orders can be shipped to locations within the U.S., U.S. protectorates, APO/FPO addresses and Internationally to Canada, Japan and Australia as well as select countries in Western Europe. Clog-Heaven.com ships to all 50 states using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express and UPS.

If your shipping address is a P.O. box, the U.S. Postal Service is required.

Shipping to Hawaii and/or Alaska may experience longer than usual delivery time frames.

We also ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Parcels sent to these locations must travel via USPS and may take longer than the 5-7 business days indicated in the shopping cart.

Parcels sent to APO/FPO addresses can only be sent via the United States Postal Service and can take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want to make sure your Clog-Heaven experience is both FUN and HASSLE-FREE.  If you are not TOTALLY SATISFIED, simply return your webstore purchase to us for an exchange or refund. If you have any concerns or issues with your product, please feel free to contact us prior to returning your item(s). We welcome and encourage exchanges and will make every effort to help you find the right product.

You have 30 days from time of purchase to return any item back to us for a refund or an exchange.  All returns must be sent with a completed "Product Return & Exchange Form".  Failure to include this completed form may delay or prevent us from properly processing your Return or Exchange request. Refunds that include shipping related charges are granted only on transactions where product is inspected by Clog-Heaven, and is deemed defective or in error, otherwise we will refund the cost of the item minus shipping & handling charges.

Returned Items Must Meet These Simple Requirements:

• Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Product must be in original, unworn condition – only tried on for fit, sizing, etc.
• Product and Return & Exchange Form must be returned in original corrugated box supplied by brand manufacturer.

PLEASE NOTE: We guarantee that we will send you the item that we describe, but we cannot guarantee exact fit.  If in fact there is an error with your order, we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

REFUND RETURNS

All returns and refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.  Standard refunds are derived from your item(s) invoice amount, not including s/h.  Refunds are issued in the same method of original payment, unless otherwise specified.  Email confirmations are sent upon completion of refunds.

EXCHANGE RETURNS

We will process exchange requests for a like items or even similar items, based upon availability. Please keep in mind that our inventory fluctuates rapidly and frequently we do not have all sizes available.  Simply complete the "Exchange" section of the form and we will make our best effort to facilitate your request.  If the item you are requesting is not available when your exchange request is processed, we will notify you of the status, and process a refund.  While not necessary, you may email us at cindy@clog-heaven.com or call us to find out if an exchange is available ahead of time.
