Combined Shipping Offer:
YES - We offer a combined shipping discount to our customers. You will automatically receive a shipping discount of 50% on each additional item that is paid for and shipped together. PLEASE NOTE: To take advantage of our Combined Shipping offer you must use our Checkout payment system ONLY after all purchases are complete.
International Shipping:
We offer Worldwide Shipping on all of our items. Please inquire about shipping rates before checkout. All International packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition. Returns are NOT permitted on International shipments.
GENERAL INFORMATIONWe have an unconditional return policy on all NEW items purchased. If item(s) are returned within three (3) days of payment date, we will refund the cost of the item minus shipping & handling charges. Of course, in the rare circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount. Please note: It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you requested, in the condition that we have stated in the description. Requests for substitutes on product may be accommodated, but must be made prior to completing checkout.

If you have questions about items that we carry, or do not see what you are specifically looking for, we recommend using our search utility. Stock listings will contain all of the information that we have available for any given product. If you do not see it listed, we do not have it.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS Q: What if I need to exchange an item for a different size?A: Since our inventory fluctuates so rapidly, we cannot always guarantee availability of products for exchanges. If we have it - we want you to have it!
Q: How long can I wait to pay for my item?A: From the moment you have gone through the checkout process, you have exactly 5 days to complete payment. On the 5th day, we must cancel the transaction & re-list the item for sale. Please note: if you are waiting on multiple items, your checkout must be completed within 5 days of your FIRST selected item.
Q: What is the US size/measurement of this shoe?A: Not all clogs fit the same. Especially wooden clogs! Make sure to first find the clogs you're interested in - by brand and sometimes also by style, and then check the sizing charts for conversion from your American size. Questions? email:

Q: How can I return a product?A: S/H is not refundable unless product is deemed defective, specifically not as described, or the incorrect item was shipped to you. All Return & Exchange requests must include our Product Return & Exchange Form.
Q: I am bidding on other items - does Clog Heaven offer combined shipping discounts?A: If you select one item and complete our checkout immediately, you will not be eligible to receive combined shipping on subsequent items purchased. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your cart. Items purchased using the same online ID will automatically be consolidated into one checkout "cart" and will apply the combined shipping discount to your order total. Once a checkout has been completed, all subsequent transactions will be added to a new checkout "cart". If you use multiple online ID's, there is no way for us to combine those checkout items. Please remember that you still only have 5 days (from the transaction date) to complete checkout - otherwise all items in your checkout will be canceled & re-listed for sale.
Q: Do you have this item in different sizes or colors?A: Clog Heaven carries one of the most uncommon selection of clogs & footwear. Virtually 100% of product that is in stock has a live listing at all times. If the item is not listed in our store, then we do not have it in stock. Please feel free to use our store search tools to locate items of interest.
Q: Can I buy if I live outside of the U.S.?A: If not specifically noted otherwise, yes, you may make purchases from outside of the U.S. Please inquire about shipping rates before checkout.
